eCopy Paper Connection Forum 2007 – Miami

These images are from the eCopy Paper Connection Forum 2007 at the Doral Golf Resort & Spa, Miami, FL.

I was the main project manager for this successful event. My role included organizing all aspects of the event including logistics, negotiating and working with onsite and outside vendors (hotels, catering, audio/visual, signage, printers, exhibition companies, etc.), and designing marketing campaigns and materials.

Entrance signage included banners lining the driveway up to the resort and a large number of indoor signs. Several signage locations had never been requested before and had to be strongly negotiated with the resort.

Jason Jennings, business book author, was our keynote speaker and he enjoyed meeting participants at a book signing following his keynote speech. His book, “Think BIG, Act SMALL” had been mailed as a promotional invitation to top VIPs before the event.
